Parcels are surrounded by woods of pines and truffle oaks where it is mixing cade, olive tree, fig tree, bay tree, almond tree... Roots of these trees ans of these vines go down deeply in these gravels of pebbles.
With a small production of some bunches of vine stock, vines enjoy a spontaneous cultivation.
You will have a swim in this sanctuary of greenery, where a real natural vegetation was preserved. It is composed essentially of several varieties of grass. It regulates itself without none intervention, it favours the mainteness of the game and the development of auxiliaries (ladybirds, earthworms, bees...)
Wines produced in these conditions seduce by its intensity. It is only when wines express exactly this terroir and when they reflect caracteristics of a beautiful year, that I make the Cuvée Via Villa.
